What does urea do in a body cream?
Urea is a humectant: it draws water into the upper layers of the skin. In a cosmetic formula it provides intensive moisture and helps soften skin that feels dry and rough to the touch. At 5% it is comfortable enough for everyday use on the body.
Are your products scented?
Two of the three are, and we say which on every product page. The Urea 5% Body Cream and the Keratin Rescue Hair Mask are scented, with the fragrance allergens listed in full. The Barrier Recovery Night Cream is genuinely fragrance-free: no parfum, no essential oils, no natural fragrance workaround.
Are they vegan? Do any contain allergens?
All three formulas are vegan and cruelty-free.
The Keratin Rescue Hair Mask contains sweet almond oil and hydrolysed wheat protein. Do not use it if you have a nut, wheat or gluten allergy. The notice appears on its product page before every purchase button.
Where are they made?
Formulated and manufactured in an ISO 22716 certified facility in Latvia. Orders are fulfilled and shipped to you from our US facility.

Where do you ship?
Across the United States, from our US fulfilment centre whenever possible — that means customs delays and import charges are the exception, not the rule.
How long will it take?
Every jar is made to order. Fulfilment takes about two business days, then delivery is a further two to five, so four to seven business days in total.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order. There is no minimum to reach and nothing is added at checkout.
Pricing
Is there a way to save?
Two ways. Every second unit of any product is 50% off, automatically, in your cart — buy 2 and pay 1.5x, buy 4 and pay 3x. Or buy one of each of the three products and save 20% on the whole order, automatically, at checkout. No code needed either way, and every product is also available on its own at full price.
Replacements
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement. Every jar is produced to order, which means returned product cannot be resold, so we never ask you to ship anything back. You keep what you already have.
Why do you have no customer reviews?
Because we launched this year and we will not invent them. When real reviews exist they will appear on the product pages. Until then the complete ingredient lists, the certifications and the replacement policy are what we can offer instead.
