Lactic Acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid. It loosens the bonds holding dead skin cells together on the scalp surface, so buildup lifts away instead of accumulating — a chemical exfoliation, not scrubbing beads. Sodium Hyaluronate alongside it keeps the scalp hydrated after exfoliating rather than feeling stripped.

Two of the three are, and we say which on every product page. Rosemary Scalp Strengthening Oil and Keratin Rescue Hair Mask are scented, with the fragrance allergens listed in full. Scalp Care Exfoliating Serum is genuinely fragrance-free: no parfum, no essential oils, no natural fragrance workaround.

All three formulas are cruelty-free. One of the three is also vegan: Scalp Care Exfoliating Serum. Rosemary Scalp Strengthening Oil and Keratin Rescue Hair Mask both contain sweet almond oil, so skip them if you have a nut allergy. Keratin Rescue Hair Mask also contains hydrolysed wheat protein, so skip it if you have a wheat or gluten allergy.

Formulated and manufactured in an ISO 22716 certified facility in Latvia. Orders are fulfilled and shipped to you from our US facility.

Across the United States, from our US fulfilment centre whenever possible — that means customs delays and import charges are the exception, not the rule.

Every jar is made to order. Fulfilment takes about two business days, then delivery is a further two to five, so four to seven business days in total.

Shipping is free on every US order. There is no minimum to reach and nothing is added at checkout.

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement. Every jar is produced to order, which means returned product cannot be resold, so we never ask you to ship anything back. You keep what you already have.
