Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Across the United States, shipped from our US fulfilment centre whenever possible — customs delays and import charges are the exception, not the rule. Everything is made to order: fulfilment takes about two business days, then delivery is a further two to five, so four to seven business days in total. Shipping is free on every US order.
Are your products scented?
Rosemary Scalp Strengthening Oil and Keratin Rescue Hair Mask are both scented, and each product page lists its fragrance allergens in full. Scalp Care Exfoliating Serum is genuinely fragrance-free.
Do any products contain allergens?
Rosemary Scalp Strengthening Oil and Keratin Rescue Hair Mask both contain sweet almond oil, so skip them if you have a nut allergy. Keratin Rescue Hair Mask also contains hydrolysed wheat protein, so skip it if you have a wheat or gluten allergy too. Every notice appears on its product page before the purchase button.
Why do you have no customer reviews?
Because we launched this year and we will not invent them. When real reviews exist, they will appear here. Until then the ingredient lists, the certifications and the replacement policy are what we can offer instead.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement. Because every unit is produced to order, returned product cannot be resold, so we never ask you to ship anything back.
