Rosemary and peppermint oils are worked into the scalp itself, where they sit against the follicle for the full 15-minute leave-in — not just brushed through the lengths. Sunflower, argan and avocado oils then coat and seal the hair's outer cuticle layer, which is what actually creates shine, since a smooth cuticle reflects light and a rough one scatters it. Peppermint and rosemary on a sweet vanilla-sandalwood base. This product is scented. Linalool, Limonene, Eugenol and Coumarin are all in the ingredient list below. If you avoid fragrance entirely, this is not the right product for you.
How to use
Work through the scalp and lengths on dry or damp hair, before washing. At least 15 minutes — longer if your hair tolerates it. Shampoo as normal. No residue, no greasy finish once rinsed.

Where do you ship, and when will it arrive?
Across the United States from our US fulfilment facility, so there are no customs delays and no import charges. Everything is made to order: fulfilment takes about two business days, then delivery is a further two to five, so four to seven business days in total. Shipping is free on every US order.
What is your replacement policy?
If something is wrong with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement. Because every unit is produced to order, returned product cannot be resold, so we never ask you to ship anything back.

Can I use this if I have colour-treated hair?
Yes — it's an oil treatment, not a cleanser, and won't strip colour. Follow your usual colour-care wash routine.
Do I use it before or after washing?
Before. Apply to scalp and hair, leave in for at least 15 minutes, then wash it out as normal — it's a pre-wash treatment, not a leave-in finishing oil.
Is it safe if I have a nut allergy?
No. It contains sweet almond oil. Do not use it if you have a nut allergy — see the allergen notice above.
Will this leave my hair looking greasy?
Not if you rinse it out as directed — it's meant to be washed out after at least 15 minutes, not left in as a finishing product. If you want extra shine between washes, one or two drops on the ends only is enough; the scalp application is always meant to be rinsed.
