How to use

Where do you ship, and when will it arrive?
Across the United States from our US fulfilment facility, so there are no customs delays and no import charges. Everything is made to order: fulfilment takes about two business days, then delivery is a further two to five, so four to seven business days in total. Shipping is free on every US order.
What is your replacement policy?
If something is wrong with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement. Because every unit is produced to order, returned product cannot be resold, so we never ask you to ship anything back.

Can I use it on colour-treated or bleached hair?
Yes — it is formulated for exactly that kind of damage. Keep following your usual colour-care guidance for wash frequency.
Do I use it instead of conditioner, or as well as?
As a treatment, not a replacement. Apply after shampooing, leave 5-10 minutes, then rinse. Use your regular conditioner on the days you are not using this.

Will this stop my hair from breaking completely?
It reduces breakage by improving elasticity, so hair bends under tension instead of snapping — but it can't reverse damage that's already there. For hair that's already split or structurally compromised, only cutting removes it. Think of this as making the hair you have now more resilient, not a repair for damage already done.
