Your scalp care routine, explained
Three products, one simple weekly rhythm. Here's exactly how they fit together, and what to actually expect.
The weekly rhythm
You don't need all three products every day. Here's the simplest way to use them together, in the order that makes sense:
- 1–2x a week, on a non-wash day: Scalp Care Exfoliating Serum. Apply to a dry scalp, leave 3–5 minutes, rinse thoroughly.
- Before a wash day, 2x a week: Rosemary Scalp Strengthening Oil. Work through scalp and lengths, leave in at least 15 minutes, then wash it out.
- After shampooing, on those same wash days: Keratin Rescue Hair Mask. Apply to clean, damp hair, leave 5–10 minutes, rinse.
That's it — no daily routine, no extra steps beyond what you're already doing at the sink.
A simple week
What to actually expect
Hair and scalp changes are gradual, not overnight. Most people notice a difference in how the scalp feels — less tight, less flaky — within the first couple of weeks of consistent use. Changes in hair texture and breakage take longer, since it's about the hair growing in stronger and more resilient, not repairing what's already there. Nothing on the market, including this, can permanently fix a split end — that has to be cut.
Consistency matters more than quantity. Twice a week, every week, does more than using everything at once and then stopping.
Rosemary Scalp Strengthening Oil and Keratin Rescue Hair Mask both contain sweet almond oil, so skip them if you have a nut allergy. Keratin Rescue Hair Mask also contains hydrolysed wheat protein, so skip it if you have a wheat or gluten allergy. Scalp Care Exfoliating Serum is fragrance-free and contains none of the above.
