Shipping
We ship across the United States from our US fulfilment facility. Orders never cross a border on the way to you, so there are no customs delays and no import charges.
- Fulfilment: approximately 2 business days. Every jar is produced to order.
- Delivery: a further 2–5 business days.
- Cost: free on orders over $50. Standard rates apply below that and are shown at checkout.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link as soon as the order leaves the facility.
Replacements
If something is wrong with your order — damaged in transit, faulty, or not what you ordered — email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement.
We do not ask you to ship anything back. Every jar is produced to order, which means returned product cannot be resold or reused, so sending it back helps nobody. You keep what you already have.
If a replacement is not the right fix for your situation, tell us and we will work it out with you directly.
Before you order
Two things worth knowing, because they are the most common reasons people are disappointed:
- Scent. The Urea 5% Body Cream and Keratin Rescue Hair Mask are scented. The scent notes are listed on each product page. If you avoid fragrance, choose the Barrier Recovery Night Cream instead.
- Wheat protein. The Keratin Rescue Hair Mask contains it. Skip that product if you have a wheat or gluten sensitivity.
